Pond liners

Butyl flat sheet liner available in 0.75 & 1mm.

In our workshop at QBS we manufacture flat sheet from rolls of butyl callendered sheet 1.7m (5’ 6”) wide. Widths are vulcanised together to create a one piece flat sheet. For example: If the sheet size required is 6m x 5m. Widths are vulcanised as follows :-

To calculate size of liner required for your excavation take measurement of max length & max width (not forgetting overlap to anchor liner). Add 2x max depth to length & width e.g.

 

Length 4m + (2x depth) = 6m
Width 2m + (2x depth) = 4m

Size of liner required = 6 x 4m

 

Our butyl weighs approx. 1kg per SqM. So liner 6x4 would weigh 24kg.
